Assessment Fee: $2750

Our hourly rate is $250.00 and is capped at 11 direct service hours, regardless of how many hours we spend working on your assessment. 

Direct service hours involve person-to-person contact and include phone, virtual, and in-person sessions needed to conduct interviews, administer assessments, and provide feedback.

We do not bill for time spent reviewing documents, scoring and interpreting tests, preparing the assessment report, or performing the many other required administrative duties. For every hour billed, we spend many more hours performing unbilled services.

If your benefit program or insurance covers services provided by a registered psychologist, you may qualify for a full or partial refund of our services. College and university students who qualify for OSAP or other funding programs may also find full or partial funding for their assessments.
