Assessment Fees: $2750 to $3500

Our clients are unique and so are their strengths, challenges, and needs. As a result, assessments are tailored to provide as clear and complete a picture as possible to prioritize and inform next best steps. 

The rate for an assessment is $250.00 per service hour. Service hours are based on person-to-person contact and include phone, virtual, and in-person sessions needed to conduct interviews, administer assessments, and provide feedback. We do not bill for time spent scoring and interpreting tests, preparing the assessment report, or performing the many other required administrative duties. For every hour billed, we spend many hours performing unbilled services.

Costs for assessments are capped, meaning that once the maximum is reached, no further service hours are billed. This allows our clients to know the most they can expect to pay for an assessment. As of May 1, 2024, our assessments are capped at $3500. The minimum assessment fee is $2750 - the amount charged for a standard, straightforward assessment. 

If your benefit program or insurance includes services provided by a registered psychologist, you may qualify for a full or partial refund of our services. Qualifying college and university students may receive funding, as well. 

Tutoring Fees:

Fees are billed directly by our tutors. The current hourly rate for Rob (rsztrolovics@gmail.com) is $40 per hour. A multi-session discount is available.
